We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right — wrong print, damaged item, or anything unexpected — please reach out within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Made‑to‑Order Items

Because each item is made at the time of your order by our manufacturing partner, they do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or design). For these situations, we’re happy to offer a one‑time discounted replacement.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Returns

We offer a 14‑day return window from the day your item is delivered. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
